1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This includes: email addresses submitted for verification (processed and deleted within 24 hours), account registration data (name, email, company), usage data (API request logs, feature usage), and payment information (processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send transactional and promotional communications; monitor and analyze usage patterns; detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Retention
Email addresses submitted for verification are deleted within 24 hours of processing. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days following deletion. API log data is retained for 90 days for debugging and security purposes.
4. GDPR Rights (EEA Residents)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and receive a portable copy of your personal data. 5. HIPAA-Aligned Data Handling
Healthcare Professional (HCP) data processed through our platform is handled in accordance with HIPAA-aligned safeguards. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available for customers in covered entity relationships. We do not store Protected Health Information (PHI) beyond the minimum necessary period.
6. Data Security
We implement AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Our infrastructure is audited annually for SOC 2 Type II compliance.
7. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (payment processors, cloud infrastructure). All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
